Availability: lifetime access to documents
Integrity: guarantee of the non-alteration of documents for the entirety of the subscription.
Confidentiality: The authorized user is the only one with access to his/her documents thanks to their chosen password. The administration doesn’t have access to it. If necessary, it is possible to call upon a third-party escrow agent, such as a notary, to access a user’s safe.
Traceability: anonymized recording of all operations performed. The traces themselves are protected in order to avoid any modification over time.

All the user needs to do is registered to Pineappli, following a procedure that consists of choosing a password, to easily access the service.
All trusted services are controlled from a single screen: electronic signature and stamp, timestamping, personal and shared safe, document transfers and electronic registered mail.
These functions are intuitive on unbelievably user-friendly screen. Only a quick validation is needed for each operation.
Example 1 TO SEAL A DOCUMENT: just right-click on the document + choice of seal and it’s done!
Example 2 DISTRIBUTION OF PAY SLIPS: while simultaneously launching the salary processing, the following operations will be done automatically;
– the signature of the pay slips
– the deposit in the safe of the company
– sending of a confirmation e-mail to each employee
