Electronic signatures are becoming increasingly popular in France and Europe, no doubt because their legal equivalence to handwritten signatures is now widely recognised.
However, even if it is carried out correctly, an electronic signature must in any case be accompanied by a certain number of precautions in order to be enforceable when the time comes.

We have chosen to deal with the subject with a strong focus on archived content rather than on containers. Information is thus at the heart of the subject with its conservation/preservation throughout its life cycle.
Why does e-consent contribute to strengthening the climate of trust between patients and doctors?
Health and the patient-patient relationship are no exception to the development of digital technology.
